As we say at Trophies Watches, it's all about service! Buying a watch is not a daily purchase. It is a product that lasts for generations and has financial and emotional value. That is why it is so incredibly important to make that purchase at a company like Trophies Watches. We offer a fair price and the most important, we are a transparent and honest company.

Shipping & Delivery
Whether you buy a watch or a complimentary, we deliver through excellent transport. Each watch will be sent 100% insured to you. Within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, we ship with Mikropakket. To other countries we ship with DHL EXPRESS. For orders less than € 500 we use POST NL.

Delivery times
All watches that we have in stock will be sent to you within 2 to 6 working days except if described differently in product description. The delivery times of our complimentary products are listed with the product.
We only work with the best transport companies so that the watch is shipped as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, there are always factors where we have no influence over that could delay the delivery. However, we always keep you informed!

Return policy

You can return within 14 days without giving any reason. We are not responsible for the return costs.

Payments
On appointment you can pay in cash or by bank transfer. In case of bank transfer, we can only give the watch when we have received the amount in our bank account. If the amount is not directly on our account, we send the watch to you free of charge within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

You can pay online with ideal, credit card or via Chrono24 trusted checkout. In consultation, bank transfer is also possible.
