Are you passionate about luxury watches and do you have an eye for detail? Trophies Watches, a leading company specialized in high-end timepieces, is looking for a versatile and enthusiastic All-round Employee to join our team.

What will you do?
As an All-round Employee at Trophies Watches, you will play a vital role within our company. Your responsibilities will be diverse and dynamic:

  • Online customer support: You’ll respond promptly and professionally to questions and requests via our online channels, such as chat and social media.

  • Polishing: You’ll ensure our watches are presented in perfect condition.

  • Administrative tasks: You’ll assist with processing orders, inventory management, and other administrative work.

  • General support: You’ll help with a variety of day-to-day tasks that keep the business running smoothly.

Who are you?
We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a passion for luxury watches and the high-end segment

  • Is customer-focused and a strong communicator, both online and offline

  • Is creative and experienced in creating content for social media

  • Works accurately and has a keen eye for detail

  • Has experience with online customer service and social platforms (experience in the watch industry is a plus)

  • Is flexible and enjoys taking on a wide range of responsibilities
